We usually process orders within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

We are currently ship to United States destinations. 

3. Delivery Times

• Standard: 3-5 business days.
• Expedited: 2-3 business days (Delivery times exclude Order Processing Time)

Shipping costs are calculated based on order subtotal amount.

5. Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at within 14 days so we can assist you. 

8. Incorrect Address Submissions

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed.
