Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take?
Most items ship directly from our suppliers, typically within 2-5 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder or get in touch and we will resend it.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
We work with several trusted Catholic suppliers, so items sometimes ship separately. You are only charged shipping once.
Are your items blessed?
Items are not blessed before shipping. Sacramentals such as rosaries, medals and crucifixes should be blessed by a priest or deacon after they reach you.
Which chain length should I choose?
An 18" chain is the most common choice for adults and sits at the collarbone; 24" sits lower on the chest. For children, 16" is typical. If you are unsure, get in touch.
